The Managing Director, Steve Campbell, has been providing premium plumbing services to the Northern Rivers region since 1994. Steve started Action Plumbing with one man and one van working from home. He took his first apprentice the following year. Steve’s son became an apprentice in 2003 and is now the chief estimator and one of the Project Managers. Steve’s wife Karen had always undertaken the bookwork after hours but has been working in the business full time since 2004.
The business has grown and is now located in larger premises in Snow St the industrial area with a great team. The Laser Plumbing has a logistics support team which include staff in Project Management, Administrative Departmental Support, Finance, Business development, and Administration. Laser Plumbing Field staff expertise includes experienced Plumbers, Gasfitters, Drainers, Roofers & Apprentices, and Trades Assistance. Our company employs professional people, trained locally, for local conditions.
It was in May 2006 Steve and Karen were first introduced to Laser Plumbing and were one of the first plumbers trans-Tasman to join the Laser Group. The implementation of Laser’s strong systems within the business has allowed for strategic expansion and growth throughout the region and Laser Plumbing’s reputation for quality and professionalism has established us as the leading company within the locality for domestic, commercial and industrial operations.
